We hope you’re well and keeping safe during these unprecedented times.
We just wanted to inform you that the clinic is adhering to the 2 metre social distancing rule. We have therefore introduced new procedures which we kindly ask all patients to adhere to, and they are as follows:
• When arriving at the clinic please call us to inform us that you are here, please wait in your vehicle. We will then screen all patients over the phone to exclude coronavirus symptoms (Please do not attend the clinic if you have a high temperature, a loss of taste, a loss of smell and a new continuous cough) we will then call you to let you know when you are able to go straight through to your appointment.
• We do also request that patients attend clinic on their own where possible. (Apart from those that do require assistance and those with children).
• Upon entering the clinic, we ask all patients to wash their hands using the hand sanitiser provided or hot water and handwash which you will find in the bathroom.
• All payments are to be made via contactless and debit and credit card if possible, please.
